Our online Grooming Appointment form is intended to help you schedule your pet’s appointment for Pet Grooming the future. If you are not already a client of ours, please visit the Admission Forms page, page, download and print out the New Client & Patient Form, and bring it in with you on your first appointment.

In all cases, representative will contact you by phone to confirm all online appointment requests within 3 days. Please note: your appointment is not set & confirmed until you have received a confirmation call from one of our staff. If you do not hear from us within three days, confirming your appointment, then you do not have an appointment or reservation in our system. At that point it would probably be best to telephone us rather than chance the internet again.  Your appointment or reservation is only guaranteed if you have received a confirmation call from us, confirming the details of your planned visit.

To get in and out faster at grooming admission, please download the Grooming Admission Form and complete as much of it as possible. Bring it with you at Admission and a Hospital Representative will help you finish it.

Please allow about 10 minutes or so in the morning for check-in and to discuss your grooming requests in person with the Pet Groomer.

Grooming Services Requested	Professional Pet Grooming Groomer Full Bath Kennel Bath Please see below for explanations:
	Professional Pet Grooming: Includes a Groomer bath and breed specific or client requested all over haircut. Groomer Full Bath: Includes bath with conditioner, blow dry, nail trim & file, teeth brushing, anal gland expression, ear plucking and cleaning, brush out of 10 min, trimming pads and feet, and sanitary trim (when necessary or requested). Trimming of legs, skirt or face can be done for an additional $5-$20. Demat, undercoat strip, or extreme scissoring will be additional.    Kennel Bath: Basic cleansing bath performed by Nurses on Kennel Duty. Includes simple nail trim, ear cleaning, and anal sac emptying.
