an online information and communications service provided
by Chastain Veterinary Services, Inc. ("Provider"),
subject to your agreement with the terms and conditions

or using the service, you agree to be bound by the terms

this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall

in this service is neither intended to be nor implied to
be a substitute for professional veterinary advice and
care. Always seek the advice of your veterinarian before

treatment or husbandry practice. Always seek the advice
of your veterinarian, or other qualified heath care professional,
if you have any questions about your pet’s health or medical
condition. Nothing contained in the Service is intended
to be used for veterinary medical diagnosis or treatment.
You understand that, except
for information, products or services clearly identified
as being supplied by the Provider or co-branded by the
Provider, the Provider does not operate, control or endorse
any information, products or services on the Internet,
including on the Service, in any way. You also understand
that the Provider cannot and does not guarantee or warrant
that files available for downloading through the Service
will be free of infection, viruses, worms, or Trojan horses,
as these terms are commonly understood, or other code that
could manifest contaminating or destructive properties.
Each user of the service is responsible for implementing
sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy his or
her particular requirements for accuracy of data input
