Good Health Easy Payment Program

Purpose

The Importance of Prevention

Preventive Health Care (prophylaxis) has played a significant role in extending and improving the lives of both humans and animals.

The Inconvenience of Paying All At Once For A Program That Contributes To The Well Being Of Pets All Year!

The benefits of annual physical examinations, vaccinations, diagnostic tests and certain surgeries like spaying and neutering not only last all year - but also contribute to a pet's long & healthy life. However, pet owners have always been expected to pay for these services at the time they were delivered.

This situation presents many pet owners with a significant hardship, particularly in difficult times. And, frankly, that hardship often causes many beloved pets to go without these important life enhancing veterinary services!

The purpose of this program is to make it easier for pet owners to provide their pets with the benefits of annual physical examinations, diagnostic tests, routine surgeries, and much needed immunizations.

The Program

The Essence of the Program

In order to make it easier for pet owners to provide their pets with life enhancing annual check ups and preventive health care, we have developed a simple program that allows the cost of a pet's annual physical exam, vaccinations, recommended diagnostic tests, and routine surgeries to be spread over six months. This program is available to our existing clients of record, who are in good standing, and who have been in to see us with a pet at least three (3) times.

How it works

Owners of adult dogs or cats who choose to take advantage of the Chastain Veterinary Medical Group's Good Heath Easy Payment Program, simply pay half (50%) of the costs of their pet's annual physical examinations, vaccinations, and diagnostic screening tests at the time services are provided, and then sign up to have the remaining half (50%) withdrawn from their credit card account in ten percent increments (10%) on or about the 30th of each month, for the next five months.

Cost of the Program

Nothing!

There is no extra cost or financing charge connected with taking advantage of our Good Health Easy Payment Program.

None!

All of our clients pay exactly the same amount for their pet's annual physical exam, vaccinations, recommended diagnostic tests, and routine surgeries whether or not they take advantage of our Good Health Easy Payment Program

For Adult Dogs:

  • Physical Examination
  • Rabies Vaccination
  • Canine Distemper Combo Vaccination
  • Leptospirosis Vaccination
  • Peridontal Disease Vaccination
  • Kennel Cough Vaccination
  • Fecal Parasite Test
  • Heartworm test
  • Screening Diagnostic Tests - varies with pet's species and age: Heartworm test, Complete Blood Count, Mini-Panel, Advanced Blood Panel, Urinalysis
  • Certain Surgeries: Spays, Neuters, Dental cleanings.

For Adult Cats:

  • Physical Examination
  • Rabies Vaccination
  • Feline Distemper Combo Vaccination (FVRCP)
  • Feline Leukemia Vaccination
  • Fecal Parasite Test
  • Feline Leukemia/Feline AIDS test
  • Screening Diagnostic Tests - varies with pet's species and age: FeLV/FIV test, Complete Blood Count, Mini-Panel, Advanced Blood Panel, Urinalysis
  • Certain Surgeries: Spays, Neuters, Declaws, Dentals.

Exclusions

Just a few:

  • Prescription medications
  • Pet foods and dietary supplements
  • Tests, treatments or surgery related to accident, illness, or injury
  • Boarding
  • Grooming Services, professional or basic
  • And, as mentioned above, this program is available to existing clients only.
